Chandler Macleod are currently looking for a Time & Attendance Officer for busy role based at Baiada's Hanwood processing facility.

Objectives of the Role:

• Assist with the processing of daily time sheets
• Assist with ensuring employees are paid precisely in accordance with their job roles, hours of work, Enterprise Agreements and Awards
• Assist with providing relevant reports when required by management
• On-boarding of new Agency and Contractor Employees
• Performing any other task which is incidental or peripheral to carrying out the role
  
  Skills and Experience Required:
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate data
• Ability to maintain a high level of privacy and confidentiality in relation to employee's personal information and payroll information
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• High level administration experience
• Time & Attendance or Payroll experience would be preferred, however not essential
