The opportunity:
Working alongside the distribution department at Baiada's Hanwood processing facility, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting a strong safety culture whilst ensuring ongoing commitment to Chain of Responsibility (COR)
• Raising non-conformances (NCRs) on transport companies
• Monitoring daily checklists
• Advising management of any delays
• Documenting/reviewing all driver and vehicle activities to ensure risks are flagged and managed.
  
  The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
• Strong knowledge of Chain of responsibility (CoR)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Confident using a computer and learning various systems
