Administrative Officer

ARMS are looking for a self-starter who is tech savvy, has experience with Microsoft office and Outlook, has experience with a client database, is a quick learner and comfortable in asking questions and working as a team, has a professional manner and great communication skills.

The successful person will have a positive attitude and friendly and welcoming personality, as you will be first point of contact, for clients and their families and the therapy team.

In this role you will be responsible for liaising between many stakeholders including clients, or their families or representatives, and the clinical team. The role will see you doing a variety of tasks throughout the day from scheduling appointments, maintaining data bases, invoice management as well as typing and distributing reports.

The role is full time . Salary will be negotiable for the right applicant.

ARMS team of therapy and administration staff provide a wide range of services which are as diverse as the clients. The ARMS Team provide the following services: - Provide Injury Management services relating to workplace injuries or motor vehicle accidents including return to work with the same employer or finding new employment. - Provide Pre-employment screenings to local employers - Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy services for NDIS participants and aged care package customers - Case Management for people with catastrophic injuries sustained through motor vehicle injuries or workplace injuries - Deliver Manual Handling training to industries including a specialisation in the manual handling of people for care providers
