Owen Toyota are seeking a dynamic, friendly and well-presented person to apply for the full-time position of Service Advisor to assist with the day to day operations of their busy Service & Parts Departments. More specifically, this would include the handling service & parts enquiries, job monitoring & costing, invoicing & payment receipting and warranty claim submissions.
This position requires sound administrative and organisational skills along with exceptional customer service and communication skills. The ability to multi task and show initiative is also a necessity. Applicants would ideally be experienced in some aspect of the Motor Vehicle Industry, although this is not essential.
Training will be provided by Management and as you work alongside existing Service Advisors. Additional external training may be offered once a proven ability is obtained. Above Award remuneration will be based on the candidate�s qualifications & experience, and there is the ability to earn a monthly bonus.
